Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: University graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Tech Enthusiast: Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
• Performance-Driven: Ability to develop and implement performance marketing strategies.
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Testing & Optimization: Experience with A/B testing and other experimental methods to monitor campaign performance.
• Target Audience Analysis: Capable of conducting target audience analysis to create effective campaign plans.
• Market Awareness: Competent in conducting competitive analysis and staying updated on marketing trends.
• Communication Expert: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious and Eager: Open to learning new things and enthusiastic about growth.
